This can be a regular supplement to keep the body maintenance. There are some probiotics that do not need to be refrigerated but on the whole , the ones with the highest count do and these are excellent to restore your body's ph and create the right internal environment.
Your body needs to have it's ph balanced properly and this will help keep things even for you. Keep a regular routine so that you don't get recurring yeast infections and remember that this takes discipline and a system. You will get new energy again and it is worth the small dietary sacrifices.

sonic tooth brush worsening teeth?
I swiched tooth brushes to the sonic tooth brush Christmas day. Senice then i have had trouble with my teeth. 1. broke got filled pain senice though( going have to get pulled) Then i was hit in mouth with baseball when i was 10 and broke hafe my tooth off and so i have had hafe of fake tooth for past 7 years.But that tooth chiped. Then today i had a tooth chip today.
Befor useing sonic i was useing baby tooth brush as bad jaw and has small head like sonic brush.
Diet has not changed.
I had not had trouble with my teeth for past 5 years intill i swiched to electric tooth brush…. Anyone else have this trouble?
Advice on what to do to make sure tooth dont chip more. As i am not going be able to get to dentist for couple weeks.It barly chiped dont hurt. Just upset as i use never have this issue.

-Electric sonic is good. Anything from a drug store is great. Do not use dollar store ones.

Brushing your teeth with braces in can be awkward, but an electric toothbrush can make it a little easier – you still have to brush for the same length of time and remember to move the brush head over all surfaces of the teeth. Ask your dentist if they’d recommend any type of brush. You also might want to wait til after you have braces before choosing the brush.
Can I use Oral B Sonic complete eletric tooth brush if i have dental bonding on my front tooth to fix a chip?
Will it cause any damage to the composite bonding ?
If the bonding was the type that is cured with ultraviolet light it should be fine. The composite bonding is tough. I’ve had bonding on my front teeth for close to 18 years and it’s still as strong as the day it was applied (probably more so).
